Here are some answers to frequently asked questions to help give you a better idea understanding of what to expect from this service.

- Once a month a new and delicious menu is posted to our website
- All grocery shopping, chopping, and dicing for we complete all menu items selected by you.
- Quick and easy, self assemble menu items selected by you are then ready to be taken home and frozen.
- We do all the clean up
- The ready prepared meals just need to be pulled
from the freezer, thawed and cooked to enjoy with your
family. Very little fuss and stress goes into
preparing these healthy, wholesome meals.
- Wear short sleeves or shirts with sleeves that can be easily rolled up and out of the way of the food assembly.
- Comfortable shoes. Something with rubber soles usually works well.
- Something to pull hair back into a ponytail.
- All loose jewelry such as watches, bracelets, and long necklaces need to be removed before beginning the food assembly process.
- The Department of Health requires that gloves be
worn during the assembly of each menu item, which will
be provided.
What do I need to bring to a session?
Two Large coolers with ice to carry your assembled food items home in. If you forget to bring them along, a few will be on site, which can be purchased and then returned for a full refund, as long as it is in good condition.
A friend or two. This session is meant to be fun and relaxing. Better yet, bring your on beverage of choice and have a night out with that special someone or maybe have just a girl's night out! Our facility is a BYOB so bring your favorite beverage along and have some fun!!!
Can children attend a session?
There are no childcare facilities on the premises, so the Department of Health asks that children under the age of 12 not attend the session. If you would like to schedule a parent child session please inquire when the next session will be held. If the children are over the age of 12, only one child per adult is permitted.
Making 12 menu items may take up to 2 hours and if making 6 menu items one hour. This time frame may be longer or shorter depending on how quickly the assembly of the menu items is completed.
Not at all. All the chopping, dicing, and clean up is done by us. All that needs done is the assembly.
How many people does each meal serve?
Meal plans are designed to meet any size family. Meal plans range from 4-6 servings, 2-3 servings or single serving meals.
Are all of the meals made to be frozen?
Yes, all meals are tested for quality, taste and freezability

How many meals
must be made at a session?
A minimum of 6 items need to be
selected if making 4-6 or 2-3 servings. If making single
servings, then a minimum of 15 items need to be
selected. After the minimum numbers of items have been
selected then you can choose as many as desired.

Can food items
be chosen from different menus?
No, as a convenience, there are 2
months of menus posted. This way, ideas can be given for
menu planning for the following month and the
opportunity is available to book a meal session in
advance.
If a future meal session is booked at
the completion of the current meal session being
attended, then an additional menu item can be chosen at
no extra charge.
Is there a delivery and/or pick up service?
Yes. A delivery and pick up service is available for an additional charge. A minimum number of menu items is required. If you are choosing 4-6 or 2-3 servings then at least 8 items need to be chosen and for single servings a minimum of 17 items need to be selected. The items will be assembled and refrigerated as specified by you and available for pick up and/ or delivery at an agreed upon time.
Methods of Payment for menu sessions?

Meal sessions can be booked by phone, fax, email, website or walking into the facility. Pick a session time that is the most convenient for you.
Can I walk in and attend a session?
No, meal sessions are closed 48 hours in advance in order to purchase and prepare the required quantities of food. Please refer to the calendar to find an open session that will meet your schedule. Cannot find a session time? Let us prepare it and you pick it up and or deliver it for an extra charge.
Can dinner be ordered for tonight?
Yes. The service is called diner tonight? A minimum of 3 menu items need to be selected. The order must be made by 11:00 am each day. The assembly of the menu items chosen will be ready by 5:00 pm for pick up. The availability of this service is limited for quantity and selection of menu items in stock. Call early to ensure your order can be filled.
Can a session that is scheduled and paid for be canceled?
All cancellations or rescheduled
sessions must give a 48-hour notice. The option will be
given to reschedule within 2-3 days. This notice is
necessary since all of the ingredients are fresh for
each session. If the notice is received after the
48-hour notice then other arrangements will need to be
made to get your menu items to you.
Can changes be made to menu items selected and paid for?
Any changes to an order should be phoned in one week prior to the scheduled date of the session.
Menu items serving 4-6 or 2-3 individuals start as
low as $12.95 and single servings
start as low as
$4.95.
To have your menu items assembled and ready for pick
up, cost is an additional $20.00.
If you need to have
them assembled and delivered the total cost be an
additional $45.00.
There is a 10-mile delivery radius.
