Crock
Pot Wednesdays
These are days when
individuals drop off their crock- pots between Monday and Wednesday morning
(before 9:00 am). The staff at A Meal In Minutes, then fill the pots
with an item chosen off the “crock pot menu” for the week. Crock- pots
are then picked up at then end of the day, with a cooked meal in it.
Crock-pot meals are
a complete dinner and there should be no need to stop at the grocery
store on the way home, unless beverages or salad dressings are needed.
Prices vary depending on the dish chosen. For example:
Homemade BBQ Chicken w/ Steamed Corn Cob & Salad: Split chicken breasts are cooked
all day in a sauce made from ketchup, water, brown sugar, lemon juice,
cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, red onions,
garlic, poultry seasoning, and hot pepper sauce. Serve with steamed
corn and salad. Calories 320 for chicken & sauce only. Cost $26.99
+ tax ~ $4.77 per person
All crock-pot meals
serve 4-6 people and the crock- pot menu is sent out every Sunday
